This is for you if you’ve never meditated before and want to learn how, or if you have started and stopped, tried and tried, but haven’t been able to meditate consistently. It’s also for you if you fell off from your New Year resolution and need to get back on track, or you may want to take your meditation practice to a new level and learn different types of meditations. You may even be a pro and would love to experience meditation with a community of like-minded people.
Whatever your reason is, I want you to know that you can learn, practice and sharpen your meditation skills all from the comfort of your home, bed, patio, backyard, or wherever you want.
What will meditation do for you?
Studies pretty much all agree that meditation is the most. You get physical, mental, and emotional benefits that are too many to list. I’ll just give you a few. Meditation will give you peace of mind. Have you ever felt like you can’t seem to turn your mind off? It keeps going and going, either repeating the same stuff or creating new stuff, but you just can’t seem to get it to go quiet? Well, meditation can help you finally quiet your mind so you can have some peace of mind.
Did you know that meditation will help you sleep better? So many people have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep. Is that you? Do you feel restless with your mind racing so much that it won’t let you sleep? A solid and consistent meditative practice will help you relax and unwind and finally say goodbye to sleeping pills.
How about some stress reduction? Anyone need some of that? Yup, it will help you reduce all kinds of stress. Meditation will help you relax more, be calmer and set your day up for more optimistic and positive experiences. It really is the gift that keeps on giving.
Like I said there are so many benefits that range from psychological to physical to emotional to spiritual, you just have to try it and see for yourself how it can change your life.
For me, it’s my joy switch. One of the reasons I love to meditate is because it gives me a joy that is unexplainable and indescribable. You have to experience it for yourself.
What meditation is not?
Meditation is not a religion or something that only gurus do sitting in cross-legged position. Although you can go into deep states, meditation is not sleeping or hypnosis. And no matter what you believe, meditation can help you deepen your spiritual beliefs and help you have more profound experiences.
How does this work?
At the time of the class, all you have to do is open your laptop or your smart phone and connect through live online video conferencing calls (I’ll send you the details after you register). I’ll start with a brief introduction about the meditation technique we will be practicing, give you a few instructions about your posture, breath and mind-set and off we go.
Each week, we’ll practice a different type of meditation technique that you will then practice during the week. At the end of the 5-week course, you will have learned and practiced five different meditation techniques and you can stick with the one that works best for you. Following our meditation practice, I’ll open the floor for feedback and questions and then close with a prayer to get our day and week started right. Simple as that!
What are the details?
Once you sign up, I’ll send you instructions about how you can access the weekly classes. If you can’t make the live calls, no worries, they’ll be recorded so you can watch whenever you like and for as often as you like during the course. I won’t leave you hanging during the week. I’ll send you encouragement, ideas and suggestions about how to up your meditation practice and to keep you motivated and inspired.
How much is it?
Not much at all. Your investment is only $57 USD for the entire 5-week program! Payment must be made in full and is non-refundable.
Is this for women only?
Nope. It’s open to men and women alike. Let’s give our brothers some love 🙂

Frequently Asked Questions
What type of calls will they be? We’ll be using live online video conferencing calls so I can see your beautiful or handsome faces (only if you like though-you can turn off your camera if you want to) but you will be able to see me as I guide you through meditation.
When will the calls be?
This course if on-going. Contact me for new start dates. All calls will be recorded for you to listen whenever you like.
How long are the calls? The calls will be approximately 30 minutes long.
Will I be expected to talk or comment during the group calls? No, but if you have a burning question or comment, fire away, but no pressure. If you want to sit back and chill, that’s OK, too. It’s completely up to you.
How do I pay? Just click on the sign me up button and follow the instructions.
If I don’t live in the USA, can I still join? Absolutely! As long as you have internet or a phone, you’re in there!
